Detective Miranda Quin of the Toronto Police Service takes time off to write a mystery and gets caught up in a sinister plot with global implications; her Homicide partner David Morgan investigates a death on a yacht and ends up precariously compromised in the North. Their stories converge when they both return to Toronto, discovering themselves trapped in a deadly labyrinth. Some descriptions of sex and violence, some strong language.
